After planning, I can coordinate Building Regulations, surveys, structural design and other third-party input.

If another professional is needed, I coordinate them.

Building Regulations designers, structural engineers, surveyors and other specialists provide their own services. Where an inspection or survey requires attendance, a local professional visits the property.
